Express Consulting
Express Consulting* is a personalized 1:1 service, a strategic meeting via video call. In each session we address a specific question related to your work, project, organization or personal concern. In these sessions I guide you to the best tools for your particular case. This consultancy is ideal if you need to become more professional, improve processes and performance, obtain results and reach clear objectives, make decisions, innovate, achieve better communication and greater feedback with your work team, delegate, manage your time or any problem you are going through that requires immediate and accessible resolution.

Agenda
We are contacting you to arrange the date and time of the session and send you a form that you will need to complete with your details and the specific topic of your inquiry, which you will return to me 1 day before the meeting.

Session
It consists of a meeting via video call (Zoom). The session lasts “60 minutes”. You will have access to the recording of each meeting as reference material.

Closing
During the next 3 business days after the session, you can contact me via WhatsApp or email to clarify any pending questions related to the topic discussed in the meeting.
*Express Consulting
Each session is scheduled once the service fee transfer is received. Once you contact me and if you agree with what was discussed, I will give you the data for the transfer. Once payment is received, I will contact you to agree and schedule the day and time of the session.
In express consulting, among other things, the problem is detected and actions are suggested for its resolution. Some of the tools that may be proposed include the implementation of services such as: Coaching Workshops, Customized Training, Advertising Communication, Visual Communication and Image, Content, Marketing, etc. In these cases, and if agreed upon, the client will hire them after budget approval with VALACANFORA Consulting®, either with the provider recommended by VALACANFORA Consulting® or with the provider chosen by the client.
