Workplace well-being refers to the  satisfaction and fulfillment at work. In a project, a venture, a company, whether sole proprietorship, a company, whether it has very few employees or more than a dozen employees, in all cases, work well-being is essential for the good development of the business. Sustainable growth depends on it.

The sessions and Coaching Workshops Workplace well-being are designed to learn how to address and manage the adversities that arise daily in the workplace. What is the perception you have regarding these obstacles and limitations? How to face them with  emotional intelligence?

The sessions may be group or individual depending on each case, and the objectives to be worked on in both sessions and workshops will be adjusted to the specific needs of each organization and each client.

The objectives are diverse, some examples are:
Improve interpersonal communication and develop social skills.
• Increase potential and transform weaknesses into opportunities for improvement.

Training Customized approach

The training is specifically designed according to the particular needs and objectives of each client for the training of a work group or an individual and their role to play in the organization. This personalized approach ensures that training is relevant, effective and that participants gain the skills and knowledge necessary to address their challenges in the work environment.

Training structure:

1- Analysis
• I conduct a needs assessment to identify specific areas of development.
• I study participants to understand their specific goals and challenges.

2- Program Design
• I develop a training plan tailored to identified requirements.
• I customize course content to address specific challenges and goals.

3- Methodology
• The training may be online via Zoom or in person as agreed upon from time to time. The number of meetings will depend on each case.

4- Resources
• Reading materials and resources specific to the topic and audience.
•  Creation of personalized guides that participants can use in their daily work.

4- Post-training follow-up
• Optional follow-up sessions to address questions and challenges that may arise after the training is completed.
